Payload Extraction Bag - 5 Gallon - Nine Bag Kit
How to use Payload bags:
- 2x Buckets what ever bag size purchased.
- Electric whisk or power drill with paint mixer attachment.
- Water and ice.
- Tea towel.
- Wooden Spoon.
- Credit card or similar to remove the extract from filter.
- Warning! Make sure there are no stems or branches in the material that could potentially damage the bags.
Place each bag (one at a time) into bucket, starting with the 25 micron bag and ending with the 220 micron bag.
Fill the bucket 2/3 full with cold water.
Add chilled plant matter to 220 micron bag.
Add ice cubes to the 220 micron bag until the bag is 90% full.
Mix material in the 220 micron bag with a wooden spoon, until the plant matter, water and ice cubes are fully mixed. Then mix the mater with your electric whisk or power drill thoroughly for 20-25 minutes. Add ice if needed to maintain about 90% of bucket volume in plant matter, water and ice cubes.
Warning! Be very careful when using the electric mixer, use only in the center of the bag. Try not to hit the side walls or bottom mesh material of the bag. Excessive wear on the sidewalls and bottom mesh will greatly decrease your bags life span.
After mixing let bucket with bags and material sit in the fridge, freezer or out in a cold climate for 20-25 minutes stirring occasionally.
Slowly pull the first bag out, let the water drain from the first bag into the second bag. The material in the 220 micron bag (1 st bag) is basically waste and can be thrown away.
Warning! Pull each bag slowly and make sure they drain completely. Pulling a bag quickly will add increased stress to the bags stitching, decreasing the bags life span.
Slowly pull the second bag out, let the water drain from the second bag into the third bag. Next rinse the inside of the first bags material with water making sure it drains into the next bag but don’t use to much water. Now the first filtering is done.
Warning! Pull each bag slowly and make sure they drain completely. Pulling a bag quickly will add increased stress to the bags stitching, decreasing the bags life span. Each bag will take slightly longer to drain, it is extremely important to let the bags slowly drain.
Take the bag and turn it inside out and collect your extract (use a credit card or something similar to remove the extract). Place the extract on the pressing screens provided.
Repeat Steps Eight and Nine for each bag until you have completed the filtration process for all bags.
Remove excess water by pressing the extract in between the pressing screen. Blot the screen with a tea towel to help absorb excess water. Enjoy your extract.
